At Decants R, we strive for perfection in every fragrance sample; however, due to the hygienic nature of beauty decants, we only accept returns on unopened or damaged items within 14 days of delivery.

Pack Securely
Place the unused decant in its original protective packaging and bubble wrap to ensure the glass vial remains intact during transit.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned fragrance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
