What exactly is a fragrance decant?
A decant is a smaller vial or bottle filled with authentic perfume transferred from the original manufacturer's large bottle. This allows you to experience luxury scents without committing to a full-sized expensive bottle.
Are your fragrances 100% authentic?
Absolutely. At Decants R, we guarantee that every fragrance we sell is 100% genuine, sourced directly from authorized retailers or the brands themselves. We never sell fakes, copies, or diluted versions.
How do you ensure the quality of the perfume during transfer?
We use professional-grade sterile equipment to transfer the liquid directly from the original bottle into our glass atomizers. This process preserves the integrity and notes of the fragrance, ensuring it smells exactly as intended.
How long will my decant last?
A 2ml sample typically provides about 30 sprays, a 5ml bottle provides approximately 75 sprays, and a 10ml bottle offers around 150 sprays. Depending on your usage, a 10ml bottle can last several weeks.
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of beauty products and for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on decants. However, if your order arrives damaged or if there is an error on our part, please contact us immediately for a replacement.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Domestic shipping usually takes 3-5 business days, while international shipping can take 7-14 business days depending on the destination and customs.
